Contact Us

We read everything that reaches us. Whether you have spotted an error, want to report a fraudulent listing, or represent an organisation that is hiring, this page explains the fastest way to reach the right person.

Email

The most reliable way to contact us is by email:

We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within two to three business days. Reports of fraudulent job listings are treated as urgent and looked at the same day wherever possible.

Reporting a Correction

If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, please tell us. To help us act quickly, include:

  • The full URL of the page in question
  • The specific statement you believe is wrong
  • What the correct information is, and a source for it if you have one

Verified errors are corrected promptly, and significant corrections are noted on the page itself. Our approach is described in the Editorial Policy.

Reporting a Fraudulent or Expired Listing

We work to keep fraudulent postings off this site, but no filter is perfect. If a listing looks like a scam — particularly if it asks candidates for money, banking details or identity documents — please report it with the page URL and a short description of what happened. We will investigate and remove confirmed fraudulent listings.

Please remember: we never charge candidates any fee, and we never ask for payment or banking information. Anyone doing so in our name is impersonating us.

For Employers and Recruiters

If you would like us to consider covering a recruitment drive or hiring announcement, send the official notification or a link to your careers page. We cannot guarantee coverage, and we do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage. Paid advertising is handled separately — please mark such enquiries clearly as advertising.

Privacy of Your Message

Information you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry and is retained no longer than necessary for that purpose. Please do not send sensitive personal documents such as identity cards, passports or financial records — we do not need them and do not want to hold them. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
